Sneaky Mac & Cheese
I pulled a Jessica Seinfeld and tricked my mac n cheese-loving kid into eating vegetables. This mac contains a purée of cauliflower, onions, garlic, carrots and a packet of that neon orange powder. Since she will eat anything with cracker crumbs on it, I crushed up a saltine on top. Win for mom.
